Join Us for the Toll Strike

“It’s time to toss the tag and turf out the toll roads!”

Jeffrey Hodges

There comes a time when it’s important to protest – to disobey the ‘authorities’ when their laws are unjust.

But no-one wants violent protests here, like the ‘yellow vests’ we have seen in France.
So please join us in a non-violent protest at the toll rort by supporting our Toll Strike. We will continue with further toll strikes and other non-violent civil disobedience until governments END THE TOLLS!

You can participate in the toll strike by either :

– Not using any toll road during the week of 18th – 25th January;

or

– Use toll roads but refuse to pay

If you want to be disobedient and not pay the tolls, please ensure you follow all the steps below and watch the short videos showing you how others have successfully done this. [I have done this myself, as have many of our members]

Step 1 –  Fill out the form and join as a Toll Strike or Motorists Party member. Once we receive your completed application form, I will send you an email with clear instructions on how to avoid paying the tolls, including form letters that you can use, if you wish.

Step 2 – Close any toll accounts you have with Transurban/Linkt, (formerly Govia), and take the toll tag off your car.

Step 3 – Write a letter to Transurban/Linkt clearly stating that you no longer wish to contract business with them, and requesting that they remove all your personal information from their database. This is important, as they will now be required to invoice you for every toll trip and post this to you.

Once we receive your completed application form, I will send you an email with the final step showing you clearly how to avoid paying the tolls, including video examples and form letters that you can use.

Why do we need $5.00, and what will we do with it?

We’re committed to ending this toll rort, but politicians only ever listen when there is an election looming.

There is an election this year and we want to stand candidates who will END THE TOLLS.

To maintain our integrity and independence, we wrote into our constitution that we cannot accept financial donations – but election campaigns need financial resources.

We do accept financial members, so your $5 to join the Toll Strike, (or $25 if you join as a Civil Liberties member), will help us get the message out there – so people can VOTE FOR MOTORISTS PARTY CANDIDATES.

As a member, you’ll also receive a regular e-newsletter to keep you informed about important developments in our fight to end the tolls and the other Civil Liberties issues that we stand for.

Thanks for your support – and if you have any questions feel free to call me on (07) 5445 7994 or email jh@no-tolls.org
Note : This is not legal advice, nor is it meant to be construed as such. It’s a description of what I personally have done, and is a private communication to all our members.

END THE RESTRICTIONS

We all want people to be safe, but the ridiculous restrictions on our normal lives and liberties are doing MORE harm to MORE people than the virus ever will! Surely a better solution is to protect the elderly and vulnerable …. and let the rest of us get back to work and our normal lives!

Here’s a quote from Jeanette Young, Qld’s chief medical officer about covid19: “Most cases would not be severe…. 80 per cent of them will get a very mild disease — they’ll possibly hardly even know they’ve got anything” [Source: ABC News]

We want to ‘stay positive’, but there comes a time when it’s necessary to call out tyranny and injustice for what it is. Let’s not ‘look on the bright side’ – when un-elected bureaucrats are taking away our hard-won freedoms. We cannot sit by and accept the oppressive, police state powers that have unreasonably been thrust upon us – when there is another solution.

Please – don’t just ‘think positive’ … think critically, and question what you’re being spoon-fed by ‘authorities’ and the corrupt mainstream media.

We were told back in January that 50,000 – 100,000 Australians would die, yet after six months there have been just 361 deaths. These unreasonable restrictions are not really about ‘saving lives’ – 8,500 children die every day from hunger: deaths that that could easily be saved with a fraction of the money currently being spent on this fake ‘pandemic’ if governments really cared about ‘saving lives’. No, this is about restricting our basic rights and freedoms and conditioning us to obey without question. Obey the government. Obey the doctor. Obey the bureaucrats. Obey the ‘authorities’ ….. Or else.

Will you accept even more government control, government restrictions on our freedoms, government regulations and government demands ….. or will you speak out; will you resist?

Join the Resistance.

We can care for the elderly and vulnerable without these crazy restrictions. Protect them, and let the rest of us have our lives back!
